EMT, AEMT, or Paramedic

Join the growing team at Ellsworth County EMS! We are currently accepting applications for Part-time positions from Kansas Certified Paramedics, AEMTs, and EMTs. If you're a highly motivated and dedicated professional, we want you to be a part of our amazing team. As a progressive service offering both ALS and BLS units, we have a rewarding part-time position available for you. Located in Central Kansas, Ellsworth County EMS handles approximately 1000 calls annually as a Type II Service.

Part-time team members have the flexibility to choose their working days and set their own schedules. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills who can collaborate effectively with various healthcare professionals, fire departments, and law enforcement agencies. Qualified candidates should be comfortable with liberal protocols and demonstrate the ability to work well in a team.

Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and current KBEMS certification. Upon receiving an employment offer, a background check and pre-employment drug screen will be conducted.

Starting salary ranges are as follows: EMT $13.61-$18.64, AEMT $14.30-$19.58, Paramedic $15.90-$21.77, depending on qualifications.
