Performs inventory of equipment and supplies. Check and stock the ambulance with supplies.
Assists with maintenance of all building and department equipment to assure it is maintained in a safe, clean, and functioning manner.
Assists with quality improvement initiatives.
Check the physical readiness of the ambulances weekly or as usage requires.
Assists with community safety development and disaster planning.
Assists with office work to include but not limited to record keeping, receipting and depositing, typing, copying, and distributes correspondence, memorandum, billing, and reports as directed.
Assists with AED and CPR county-wide community initiative.
Attends continuing education courses on billing, leadership, EMS national and state initiatives, documentation, and other topics as required.
