Republic County EMS/Rescue is seeking highly motivated and dedicated Advanced Life Support (ALS) EMS Providers to join our growing team. We serve a diverse and supportive rural community with a strong commitment to delivering professional, compassionate, and progressive pre-hospital emergency care.

Duties Include: Responding to 911 and interfacility EMS calls at the ALS level Performing patient assessments and advanced interventions in line with Kansas EMS protocols Operating and maintaining emergency vehicles and medical equipment Accurately completing electronic Patient Care Reports (ePCR) Participating in community outreach, disaster preparedness, and station duties
Minimum Qualifications: Current Kansas certification as an AEMT or Paramedic (or eligible for reciprocity) Valid Kansas Driver’s License with acceptable driving record Ability to work 24/48 or 12-hour shifts (flexible scheduling available) Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in rural EMS or critical care transport Rescue, or technical response certifications ICS/NIMS training (100, 200, 700, 800)
